We might be a FIRST Robotics Team constantly competing in competitions but, our real mission is spread FIRST’s message of awareness and education for Science and Technology!

We say it constantly because it is true – FIRST is More Than Robots! That is why Team 6070 – Gryphon Machine is constantly engaged in Outreach Activities in our community. No matter what happens on the competition field, everyone wins when they are engaged in Science and Technology!
PAST OUTREACH EVENTS
From large-scale STEM conferences to one-on-one mentorships with elementary students, Team 6070 – Gryphon Machine has hosted, ran and participated in a wide variety of Outreach Events. All in the name of spreading the FIRST Message and conjuring new awareness and passion for Robotics, Engineering, Science, and Technology!

- Presentations about FIRST, the FIRST Family of Programs, Robotics, Engineering, STEM, STEAM, LEGO, etc.
- Workshops about FIRST, Robotics, Engineering, LEGO Education, STEM, STEAM, etc
- Short Term and Long Term Mentorships for FIRST Teams (FLL Jr., FLL, FRC), LEGO Robotics Teams, LEGO Education
- Live Demonstrations of FRC Robots and LEGO Robots
